The Marijuana Policy Project and the Mintwood Media Collective held a press conference on March 3, 2009 to present the findings of a study compiled in a new report entitled, False Positives Equal False Justice. These videos are from the press conference. The first video of the press conference exposes how field drug tests used by police and other law enforcement agencies have an unacceptably high rate of rendering false positives. The second video features Living Libations founders Ron Obadia and Nadine Artemis speaking about their unjust arrest due to false positive drug tests
